About Nuala Robinson

Nuala O'Connor Robinson is a former patient. Prior to 1990, she worked as an airline stewardess, then as a travel agent out of a room at 630 Fifth Avenue. She is approximately 50 years old.

I have never met her. Counsel had her listed and advised the staff not to allow her in the office during the two trials. When I asked the staff about her, they stated you can't miss her. Mrs. Robinson is tall with long brown hair and a heavily poc marked face. If anyone has a photo they want published please email it to us by clicking here.

She is also known as "The Patient Coalition" and currently has custody of all the patient medical records.The real question: Is this legal and does it violate the patients privacy rights?

Hopefully; by publishing some of these faxes; we will assist the reader to understand the severity & egregious behavior of Niels Lauersen.

Had Niels Lauersen paid the $1 Million Dollar Civil Fine he would still be practicing medicine today. Had he paid the contractors who worked for him this website would not be available for public viewing. Niels Lauersen put in place the catalyst for all these negative events to unfold around him by violating his non-disclosure agreement.

When Niels Lauersen was incarercated in the New York Metropolitan Correctional Center; the following memo was sent to his counsel expressing concern about Niels Lauersen exploiting his former patients who were not allowed in Niels Lauersen’s office after hours during his two trials.

After speaking with Niels last Friday night, 6/8/01 and his real estate lawyer (6/14/01) we was surprised to learn that you are allowing a patient named Nuala Robinson to visit Niels in jail falsely claiming to be his sister. The Correctional Officer who allowed her admission was given a 6 month suspension without pay. We all know on a first hand basis that this woman is not a member of his family or a "significant other".

This comprises your ethical standards which I KNOW are extremely important to you.

The Attorney advised me this evening of the probable negative impact this could have on Niels sentencing. I hope this situation will be corrected immediately so Niels does not get himself into any more trouble. Niels needs to face critical decisions concerning his personal property and restitution. I have been working with this Attorney on obtaining bids on Niels real estate and need the new sentencing date ASAP so the real estate bids can be revised to reflect the new date.

His counsel will help Niels get me on the visitation list so I can assist in helping him settle his affairs.

As to practical matters, the food's been rotting in the refrigerator, his laundry's still at the chinamen, his 1990 Audi must be disposed of since his friend who is storing it is moving out of state, he has no wills, he has a health care proxy without any designee and his primary focus is encouraging groupie adulation.

As you know all of Niels four (4) apt.(3C,14A, 14E and 15B) are a problem because of the missing passport (see the attached letter) I gave the doormen on 5/4/01. Please call the super at 750 Park Ave., to make sure no one enters the apartments.

Niels told Nuala Robinson that she and Anne Murphy could use the apt. for a campaign headquarters. Please revisit the real world with Niels concerning anyone using the apts. The implications are serious.

The office staff called asking what it meant when Niels clothes were returned. I explained that it meant he was NOT GETTING OUT OF PRISON. Then the office staff called back complaining that Nuala Robinson was running around the office smelling Niels Lauersen's underwear & disrupting the patients that were present. I instructed them to call the police.

I am sure you will take IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION. If you give the Attorney a letter of permission, I will look for the materials in question and you can advice us of how to deal with the situation should anything be uncovered. Niels is now calling & writing the super.

Sorry to bother you with these problems but someone must be responsible to make sure no other problems arise from these patients on Prozac and other psychotropic drugs.

As you are aware during both trials we had a list of patients with drug/alcohol abuse or mental disabilities and Mrs. Robinson was on that list.

Thank you for confirming that the sentencing is 6/22/01 at 3:30PM. I will check with your office next week when I am in NYC. I apologize for all the problems.

Margaret O’Connor

Margaret O’Connor, 68 years, of Freehold, New York, formerly of the Bronx, passed away on September 9 at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, New York after a brief illness. She was born in the Bronx on June 3, 1934, daughter of the late Michael and Margaret (Corbett) Mulvihill. She was married to the late John O’Connor of Newcastlewest, Co. Limerick, Ireland for 44 years. She was a member of the St. Mary’s Parish in Durham, New York, the Ancient Order of Hibernians (Woman’s Div.), and the Greenville Irish American Club. For the last eight years Margaret had been working at Gavin’s Golden Hill House in East Durham, New York.

Surviving are her loving children, Rev. Msgr. Desmond O’Connor of New York City, Brendan and his wife Susan of Mahopac, New York, Aidan and his wife Bernadette of Freehold, New York, Nuala Robinson and her husband Michael of Briarcliff Manor, New York, Deirdre Giancottie and her husband Scott of Fishkill, New York, Maura Fox and her husband James of Lake Mohegan, New York, Sean and his wife Kathy of Coxsackie, New York and Mairead O’Connor of the Bronx, also her beloved grandchildren, Kelly Giancottie, Cara and Patricia O’Connor, Erin and Kerrie Ann Fox, Kevin, Michael, Thomas, Aidan, Sean Eoin and William O’Connor, also her brother, Padraic Mulvihill and his wife Mattie of Jacksonville, Florida.

Funeral service will be Thursday, 10:15 a.m. from the Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 SR 81 Greenville, with a Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. from Our Lady of Knock Shrine, East Durham. Friends called at the funeral home on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Interment will be in the Greenville Cemetery. The Greenville Irish American Club and the Ancient Order of Hibernians conducted services at the funeral home on Wednesday evening. Those who desire may contribute in her memory to Our Lady of Knock Shrine.

We wonder what the Good Rev. Msgr. Desmond O’Connor of New York City would have to say about the Handy Dandy Envelope System and all the people she assisted Niels Lauersen in swindling.
