Longtime patient Carol Sciametta stated, "All during my pregnancies, I read his books faithfully. They were a complete inspiration and a wonderful guide giving advice on all stages of pregnancy and lead me through everything that I was to expect." Adrienne Nelson similarly related that "very few individuals contribute so markedly to their respective professions through academic scholarship, publications, education and service as Dr. Lauersen."

Frank Trotta, recounted how Dr. Lauersen assisted in diagnosing his wife's potentially fatal condition: One of Dr. Lauersen's books, as well as his professional knowledge and diligence were also responsible for very early detection and successful treatment of my wife's pre-cancerous uterine condition. Dr. Lauersen's ground breaking medical books which empower women to take proactive roles in their and their family's medical destinies, I am sure, have been and will be responsible for saving many from dire fates.

Margo McDonagh, a patient for eight years, wrote: "I have experienced his extraordinary compassion, his sincere concern, and his selfless dedication to his patients and to women's health care. In my experiences with health care professionals, I have never found anyone as devoted to his patients."

." Annette Weber, a patient since 1978 who states that "there is no other health care provider whose relationship and services are more highly regarded and valued for a woman" than her OB/GYN, describes Dr. Lauersen as "a compassionate doctor who puts you at ease."

Paula Roberts, in Dr. Lauersen's care for nearly two decades, offered, "In all my years, I have never seen or even heard of a doctor more devoted to the care and welfare of his patients."

Annegret Brown similarly recalls a time when she experienced "severe pelvic pain" but several physicians were unable to discover the cause and even performed surgeries that caused "extensive scar tissue" and "a large abscess." Finally, Ms. Brown sought assistance from Dr. Lauersen, who immediately diagnosed her with endometriosis and provided the necessary treatment. As Ms. Brown stated, "It was this type of treatment that ultimately allowed me to lead a life without pain…I often think that if it had not been for Dr. Lauersen's persistence and knowledge, I would not have been able to…lead a 'normal' and fulfilling life. Dr. Lauersen is an excellent diagnostician."

Geralding Pauling, who suffered from "excruciating pelvic pain" also described how Dr. Lauersen was the first to recognize and treat her condition (endometriosis): "Dr. Lauersen is my health care savior…Through his care and guidance, I have been able to live a full life."

." Kathie Baggerman explained how, after having a "terrible pain in [her] side for two years," Dr. Lauersen was the first to perform surgery and remove the pain completely.

Patrick Aiache, husband of a former patient, also shared how his wife was treated by other doctors who "never assisted us one-tenth as much as Dr. Lauersen." Likewise, Adrienne Nelson, an endometriosis patient who learned about Dr. Lauersen from one of his books, stated: "I have been to a number of gynecologists for my health condition, however, Dr. Lauersen has been the only doctor who has been able to provide me with any relief. In fact, other physicians have told me that they did not have the ability to treat me."
