The
purpose of this Press Release is to correct errors
and omissions printed by Richard Johnson in his
January 16, 2006 story titled; "JAILED DOC'S
BAIT FOR BABES".
It
appears Richard Johnson just can't seem to get
it right. It isn't everyday; a
convicted former celebrity felon marries his former
patient who ran around his office smelling
his underwear in view of an office full of patients.
Isn't every day folks !
Yes,
it is against the law to fraudulently put a false
age knowingly on a Pennsylvania marriage application
and license.
We
recommend that Mr. Johnson speak with the
individuals who supposedly gave Nuala
Robinson a Wedding Party at the Pierre Hotel
in
September 2005.
Niels
Lauersen Habeus Corpus brief currently is before
Judge William Pauley, III of the United States
Second Circuit in New York. Lauersen told the
judge he had done all the work himself which was
totally untrue.
While
incarcerated Lauersen continues to commit Fertility
Fraud using a former employee with the INS to
declare her donor sperm paid for by Oxford Insurance
Co. as his legal biological children in Lauersen's
attempts to remain in New York City. He also ran
a fraud scheme from prison amounting to 10's of
thousands of dollars he bilked from former patients
and friends sent to him and/or the "Patient
Coalition" while incarcerated. Collection
of money's violate the Patriotic Act which was
identified by former prosecutor James Cavoli,
Esq. former USDA/SDNY in July 2004.
To
this day; Niels Lauersen states he is innocent.
Sadly; his delusions continue to grow as his possible
re-sentencing sits in the hands of Judge Pauley.
Why a psychological examination of Lauersen hasn't
been ordered is beyond everyone who has been defrauded.
Ms.
Chung; former USDA in the Southern District of
New York; who prosecuted Lauersen was correct
when she stated their were 100's of victims.
